Are your vehicles wheelchair accessible?
Yes, our fleet includes vehicles equipped for wheelchairs and stretcher transport, fully compliant with ADA standards.
Do you offer recurring trips?
Yes, we specialize in recurring transportation for dialysis, physical therapy, and other ongoing medical treatments.

Do you accept Medicaid?
Yes! We have officially applied to become a Medicaid provider and are currently awaiting final approval. In the meantime, please have your Member ID ready so we can assist you as soon as our enrollment is finalized.
Are your drivers trained for medical emergencies?
Absolutely. Every driver is CPR and First Aid certified and has passed rigorous state-required background checks and drug screenings to ensure your safety.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are fully insured and hold active licenses with the Ohio PUCO and the State Board of EMS. We are also a registered US DOT provider and have officially applied for Medicaid enrollment (currently awaiting final approval).
